Meet the Owner

Hi, I'm Jake — owner of Newton Centre Auto Detail and Auburndale Auto Detail. I'm a lifelong Newton resident, a Newton North High School grad, and I graduated from Bentley University in 2025. I could've gone a lot of different directions after school — but I chose to do this business, because it's genuinely what I want to be doing.

What started as detailing for fun during the boring days of covid in high school high turned into something bigger over the past several years, and I still get the same satisfaction from the before and after of a nice detail. ​​

Have you ever pulled up to a car wash and get handed off to whoever's working that shift — someone rushing through your car because they've got a line of ten more waiting, who couldn't care less if a fender gets swirled or a floor mat gets missed, or if you come back? That's not what this is.

To be upfront — I'm probably not the right fit if you're looking for the cheapest option out there, or if you need your car back in 20 minutes. That kind of speed just isn't compatible with the level of care I put into every detail (pun intended). If a $15 drive-through wash sounds perfect for what you need, that's a completely valid choice — just not what I offer here.

When you book with me, there's no assembly line, no rotating staff, no rushed 5-minute pass-through. 

This is not a transaction, and more like an experience — the kind where you drop off a car that's been through a rough winter or a road trip, (or we come to you) and pick up something that feels brand new again, with someone who actually cares and wants you to call back for another detail.
